  • A) Canada Remote - Option A - Consultant (2 Months renewable part-time $20 per/hour)

    B) Canada Remote - Option B - Employee (1 Year full-time $14.25 per/hour + Benefits)

    C) EU Remote - Consultant Contact (2 Months renewable part-time $20 per/hour

    D) UK Remote - Consultant Contact (2 Months renewable part-time $20 per/hour)

    E) US Remote - Consultant Contact (2 Months renewable part-time $17.50 per/hour)

 

The Content Integration Coordinator is responsible for reporting to Project Managers and VPs. They will focus exclusively on the integration and deployment of content across client files. Working with BGprod. Is a slower-paced, low-stress environment, however we have a culture of delivering with absolute precision before the deadline. Your job will be task-driven and not time-driven. This means you can creatively manage your work schedule as long as you meet deadlines and are always present on Asana in, in your, 1-on-1s and at our bi-weekly AHOD meeting.

Mandate.

  1. Handling Sensitive Information

  2. Adopt the BGprod. workflow and content models

  3. Scheduling Content Across 5 Client Files (Later)

  4. Create content using Templates

  5. Maintaining Order and structure of secure folders (Google Suite)

  6. Integrating text and visual content on (WordPress)

  7. Use BGprod. templates and our client’s design systems to produce content:

    • Copy

    • Video/Audio

    • Graphics

Hard Skills.

Secondary School Diploma (University Level Preferred)

  1. Advanced Level French Proficiency and/or English Language Skills

  2. Knowledge of CANVA

  3. Knowledge of Google Suite

  4. Knowledge of Adobe Suite

Soft Skills.

  1. Punctuality. Our deadlines are always fixed, be on time.

  2. Time Management. This is a low-stress function don't be stressed out, don’t stress us out.

  3. Task Driven. There is not much idle time. We will assign tasks if you can maintain accuracy and execute faster than expected, this job is for you.

  4. Formulaic. Some jobs hire you to do 10 things and figure out the process, that’s not this Job. We have a magic formula, stick to the script.
